Ion vacuum pumps
Ion pumps NMD, NMDI, NMDO types are used for oil-free extraction of gases and gas mixtures (air) from vacuum systems, with the exception of hydrocarbons, aggressive gases, vapors and their mixtures that may affect the pump construction materials. Ion vacuum pumps are used as a part of vacuum processing equipment.
Turbomolecular vacuum pumps
NVT, TMN turbomolecular pumps are used for oil-free extraction of gases and gas mixtures (air) from vacuum systems, with the exception of hydrocarbons, aggressive gases, vapors and their mixtures that may affect the pump construction materials, and for creation of high and ultrahigh vacuum. Use of metal-ceramic bearings in our turbomolecular pumps allowed us to increase their reliability and durability.
Exhaust carts and getter-ion vacuum pumps
Vacuum getter-ion exhaust carts and pumps are used for oil-free extraction of air, gases and gas mixtures from vacuum systems. Getter-ion exhaust carts and pumps are used as a part of vacuum processing equipment and for creation of deep and superdeep vacuum.
