Oxygen purification units UOGK-10 and UOGK-60

Oxygen purification units UOGK-10 and UOGK-60 are used to purify oxygen from hydrogen, water vapors and dust impurities. Raw gas for the unit is technical or medical oxygen according to GOST 5583-78.

The oxygen purification unit is cooled by supplied drinking water according to GOST 15150-69 with flow rate 0.2 m3/hour and temperature 288 ± 10 °K. Water and condensate drain line should be connected to the water drain system with nominal diameter not less than Dn=15 mm. Zeolite regeneration in the purification oxygen unit requires supply of gaseous oxygen GOST 5583-78 with flow rate not less than 0.6 m3/hour and pressure 0.06-0.13 MPa.

Operation of the oxygen purification unit is based on the principle of catalytic sorption (palladium catalyst and NaX zeolite).
